I accept responsibility for my actions and accept my punishment. I ask forgiveness of the State Panamanian family, the families of the victims and God,” told "Wild Bill" to the magistrates in the city of David, Chiriquí province.
The prosecution also asked to impose the maximum sentence for robbery and homicide to Reese. She was arrested and sent from Nicaragua to Panama in 2010.
