The Panamanian soccer team will have the city of Saransk as an operational base, as the Panamanian Football Federation (FEPAFUT) had already said. FIFA confirmed this in a statement where the 32 teams participating in the 2018 World Cup will be hosted and trained.

Panama will take as its Team Base Camp (TBC) the Olympic Sports Center, a four-star sports facility that has a court with the FIFA specifications so that the “canaleño” team can train; it has a wet zone and Olympic pool for the recovery of players.

The center is located 20 minutes from the airport and about 12 minutes from Mordovia Arena, home to the last game of the group stage.

As for its rivals in Group G, Belgium, which will be  Panama's first rival on June 18 in Sochi, will have the Moscow Country Club as a TBC and its training field will be the Stadium of Sport Complex Guchhovo located in the Moscow region, Istra district.

England, which they will face on June 24 in Nizhny Novgorod, will house at the forRestMix Club Sport & Relax in St. Petersburg and will practice at the Stadium Spartak Zelenogorsk in the same city.

Finally, Tunisia, the rival of June 28 in Saransk, will have their TBC at the Imperial Park Hotel & Spa in Moscow and their chosen training place was the Stroitel Stadium.
