The challenges financial services face in the rapid advances in the digital world will hold a congress that will bring together experts and executives from regional banking, the Google giant, among others in Panama next July.
This is the II Congress of Digital Banking, Innovation and Technology, which will bring together around 300 attendees from 20 countries from July 12 to 13 at The Bahia Gran Panama Hotel.
Some 15 exhibitors will talk about issues such as digital banking, the challenges it brings to traditional banking and the strategies to face this reality, the organizers informed.
“We will have cases of success in digital transformation in the provision of financial services, cybersecurity, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, API's, Fintech, artificial intelligence, among others,” said the president of the congress, Juan Carlos Arcila, in a press release.
According to the organizers, the account manager for Central America and the Caribbean region of Google, Alejandro Rico, will participate in the event; the Vice President of Client Services, Grupo Bancolombia, Jorge Iván Otálvaro; and the Associate Professor of Information Systems at the University of Warwick, England, Markos Zachariadis, among others
