The green alert for heavy rains remains on Tuesday, reported the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc), which extends the precautionary measures for the departure of boats on the Pacific coast.
The director of the entity, José Donderis, emphasized that on the Pacific slope, wind gusts of up to 60 kilometers per hour can be generated.
Donderis urged companies and owners of light or very small boats to take all precautions to avoid tragedies.
The Green Alert is defined as a constant monitoring of any meteorological threat that can be registered in our country.
