The first digital voucher in Central America, of incentives for workers, was launched today in Panama, aimed at companies and public institutions "to enhance the productivity" of its employees.
The multinational Sodexo, in partnership with Nequi Panama and Banistmo (of Colombian capital) presented on Tuesday the new product with which they intend that the companies and institutions that use it "motivate their collaborators", and consists of a "digital certificate for telephones smartphones, "a spokesperson told Acan-Efe.
This new tool will allow to provide "end of year bonus, bonus, gift for special days, as an incentive for productivity or achievement of objectives".
Companies will save with their use of costs and purchasing processes, while workers can use them in a network of shops that include "the main department stores" in the country and the instrument is safe to use from the mobile because it is protected by the platform fintech of Nequi Panama.
For almost a decade Sodexo has been offering the Printed Vale, Vale Panamá Electronic Card and the e-Gift Voucher used by hundreds of companies.
