Unofficial results give Nito Cortizo winner in general elections in Panamá.

According to the Unofficial Transmission of Results (TER) published by the Electoral Tribunal (TE) of Panamá, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Revolutionary Party (PRD), Laurentino "Nito" Cortizo, is imposed in the general elections of the Central American country with 33.07% of the votes. In second place is Rómulo Roux of the Cambio Democrático party with 31.07% of the votes.

The independent candidate for free application, Ricardo Lombana, gets 19.35%; Jose Blandón of the Panameñista Party on 10.44%; Ana Matilde Gómez of free application on 4.82; Saúl Méndez Rodríguez of the Frente Amplio por la Democracia (FAD) on 0.66%; and Marco Ameglio, independent, 0.59%.

The electoral centers in Panama closed on Sunday in a day that was marked by tranquility and the large influx of voters. The 6,911 polling stations ended their activity at 4:00 pm local time (21:00 GMT), according to the Electoral Tribunal. In addition to the president of the nation for the period beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending on July 1, 2024, Panamanians elected 71 deputies, 81 mayors, 20 deputies to the Central American Parliament (Parlacen), 679 representatives of corregimiento and nine councilmen.
