Groups of Panamanian workers gathered today from 8:00 a.m. in the Porras Park, located in Calidonia, to march in commemoration of the International Worker's Day.

In the place was the Minister of Work and Labor Development, Zulphy Santamaría who pointed out that to avoid unfair competition with national workers, foreigners should have their documents on a regular basis. He added that fines for companies that have foreigners who work illegally amount to $ 500 per alien. On a second occasion it would increase to a thousand dollars.
