RIO DE JANEIRO.- The Colombian Catalina Escobar left her routine of floor in the round of classification of gymnastics of the Olympics Games Rio 2016, due to ankles injury.
Escobar had to leave the floor in arms of her trainers. The medical services attended her in the room of competition, where they bandaged her feet and put some ice on them.
The gymnast, who still had to compete the floor, was withdrawn finally to another dependence of the stadium.
On Saturday there were injured during the masculine contest the German Andreas Toba, also in floor, and the Frenchman Samir Ait Said, who suffered of most painful, when his leg tore apart during an exercise of jump.
