A total of 18 young players, led by world captain Román Torres, will face Venezuela in a friendly match on September 11, announced thePanamanian soccer federation (Fepafut) today.

One of the calls is to goalkeeper Luis "Manotas" Mejía, who plays in the Uruguayan team El National and who the previous coach, the Colombian Hernán Darío Gómez, refused to call despite his outstanding work in Uruguayan soccer.
