    La Junta Directiva y la Administración del Canal de Panamá iniciaron hoy una reunión con su Junta Asesora, un ente ad honorem, para analizar el desempeño de la vía por la que pasa cerca del 6 por ciento del comercio mundial.

    Durante esta cita, que se desarrolla en Rotterdam, Países Bajos, y se extenderá tres días, se discutirá sobre el desempeño del Canal, las oportunidades de negocios complementarios, las tendencias de la industria, el plan de seguridad hídrica nacional, y los avances en la construcción del Puente Atlántico y el nuevo vertedero de Gatún.
